Please read these terms carefully before using our website, e-Happiness Bank, or any Foundation programme.

01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ellipsis of Happiness Foundation website, e-Happiness Bank, or any Foundation programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02. Membership & Volunteering
Membership and volunteer applications are open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria for each programme. All applications are subject to review. The Foundation reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership or volunteer engagement at its sole discretion.
03. e-Happiness Bank & JoyCoins
JoyCoins are a non-monetary recognition system used within the e-Happiness Bank. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. The Foundation reserves the right to modify or discontinue the JoyCoins system at any time.
04. Donations & Payments
Donations made to the Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The Foundation holds 80G and 12A approvals — receipts are issued upon request.
05. User Conduct
Users must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive to the Foundation's community. Misuse of the e-Happiness Bank, submission of false information, or harassment of any member will result in immediate suspension.
06. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and trademarks — is the property of the Ellipsis of Happiness Foundation. The Mr. & Miss Happiness™ name and associated branding may not be used without prior written consent.
07. Media & Photographs
By participating in Foundation events or programmes, you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive licence to use your name, photographs, and testimonials for promotional purposes. You may withdraw consent in writing at any time.
08. Limitation of Liability
The Ellipsis of Happiness Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from use of our services or participation in our programmes. All activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk.
09. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
