Refund Policy

Membership registration and volunteer enrolment with the Ellipsis of Happiness Foundation are free of charge — there are no fees to refund for these programmes.

Voluntary donations made in support of the Foundation are non-refundable, as they are directed immediately toward our programmes, scholarships, community events, and research initiatives. This is consistent with our 80G / 12A approved non-profit status.

Workshop or event registrations that include a participation fee are also non-refundable once confirmed, unless the Foundation cancels or postpones the event — in which case a full refund or credit toward a future event will be offered.

If you believe a payment was processed in error — for example, a duplicate transaction — please contact us at info.eohf@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include your name, the transaction date, and the Razorpay payment reference. We will investigate and respond within 5–7 working days.
